Includes entries for becoming of age (1891-1932) and all other categories (1887-1914). In this and the other volumes, the becoming of age entries are recorded one page per month, listing the day and child's record number, and usually the child's name, placement status, and date; name, number, and date are recorded in each of the other categories: restored to parents, self supporting, adopted (also name after adoption), married (also name after marriage), returned to county (also county and remarks on the child's behavior), and died (also place and cause of death).
