The dates for the two volumes (one is dismantled) overlap, but there is unique information in each.
List of patients paroled is on pages 225-230.
Each volume is arranged in alphabetical order by county from which the patient was received. Information includes case file number, patient’s name, sex, residence, dates of admission and discharge, and discharge condition. The volumes’ inclusive dates are the dates of admissions; there may be later discharge dates.
Monthly record of admissions and discharges, plus a running tally of population totals. Information includes patient’s name, dates of admission or discharge and brief remarks.
Arranged in rough chronological order; data recorded may include patient’s name and case file number, date of admission and/or discharge, county of origin, and brief remarks.
Labeled Discharges but also contains admission information.
Information may include name, admission/discharge/death/transfer/deportation date, originating county and some have notation of tubercular status or vaccination. The sets for 1936-2003 and 1990-1999 additionally may include address, correspondent, type of discharge, case number, social security number, type and date of commitment, age, birth date, religion, education, occupation, veteran status. Also cards for 2000-2006 and the outpatient discharges for 1987-2006 may be intermingled.
