Government Records
Because many patients were admitted to the hospital more than once, each page for a patient often has cross-references to other volumes (volume letter and page number) where related admission information is recorded. There are also two sets of records for the years 1906-1922 (1906-1922, 4 volumes; 1911-1923, 6 volumes). The patient information in each appears to be unique, with little or no duplication. There is no explanation for the overlap.
Two sets of records chronologically arranged by admission date, 1906-1922 and 1911-1951.
Includes private information about individuals. Records with private information are closed for 75 years from date of last entry in the record. Researchers must apply for permission to use these records. Please consult library staff for more information.
