New to the Minnesota Historical Society's collections this month are the photographs of Rochester native Katie Kleeberger documenting her military service during the Iraq War. Primarily responsible for driving military vehicles, Kleeberger served two tours in Iraq between January 2004 and September 2006 as a Private E-2 and later as a Specialist E-4. The photographs in this collection include images of Kleeberger and fellow military personnel, bases, and vehicles, and landscape views in both Iraq and Kuwait.
