What's New -- February 2021

When we look at the thermostat and see freezing temperatures our minds wander to the summer, warm weather, and all those delicious summer foods. For many people the ultimate summer treat is something right off the grill covered in barbecue sauce. Ken Davis Bar B Q Sauce was started right here in Minnesota. Ken Davis would sell his sauce right out of his car to grocery stores! The personal papers of the Ken and Barbara Jo Davis papers were recently digitized. They contain a wide variety of items ranging from speeches, awards, correspondence and so much more. The photo comes from the digitized material, which also includes photos of a bus that was used for advertising and the restaurant Davis owned called Edina Chicken.
